Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum: Sailor's Valentines Three-Day Class. March 6-8-13 from 9am-3pm. Constance Miller will provide instruction on the art of making Sailor's Valentines, including making flowers, butterflies and patterning of shells.
Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum: March 20th, An Evening at the Museum. Guests will have the opportunity to visit the Museum after hours and participate in an informal evening of shell education, door prizes, food and refreshments. Cost is $10 members $15 non-members. All proceeds raised are dedicated to the Museum's educational programs.
Herb Strauss Theater: Das Barbecu, 8pm Through March 17. Replace epically lengthy Wagnerian arias with a heap of bawdy corn-fed humor, throw in a couple lassos and some Dolly Parton gusto and you've got one hilariously campy musical comedy.
